Cristian always goes above and beyond. He is always ready to answer the phone, to show up last minute, no problems. He has the building knowledge and guides those unfamiliar with renovations. As we all know, buying your first home can be difficult, stressful, and of course expensive. If there’s one thing that Cristian did exceptionally well it’s how well he maintained a professional and positive demeanour every step of the way. I also appreciated how readily available he was to answer your phone calls and emails. This was extremely helpful as my fiancé and I were learning through the process of owning a home and had a lot of questions in which he was able to assist us with. We were referred to Cristian by a friend who previously had an excellent experience working with him. Cristian is very professional, has a great work ethic, and was always a phone call/email away to answer any questions and concerns we had. My husband and I decided earlier this year that it was time to upgrade our property from a condo to a house and through numerous referrals/recommendations we reached out to Cristian for his help and expertise! After studying the housing market in Toronto, you almost have to mentally prepare for how savage it can be. You definitely want to feel confident going into selling/buying with an experienced and professional agent by your side. I really don’t have enough wonderful words in my vocabulary to describe the experience we had working with Cristian. He really is the epitome of amazing. He’s more than a real estate agent, during the whole process he was a friend, therapist and confidant. Going into the experience, I was anxious to sell because the condo market had dropped and then as soon as we sold I was anxious to buy because the housing market was getting more competitive each day that passed by. Cristian kept reassuring me that we were going to sell high and buy low, we just needed to be smart, aggressive and quick! And he wasn’t exaggerating, because that’s exactly what we did! We had our condo photos taken on a Thursday, listed on a Saturday and sold in under 24 hours on the Sunday. His negotiation skills are outstanding, he sold our condo well over asking and got us a price that was over our expectations. When it came to buying our dreamhouse, Cristian found it and made sure we got it! He brought us to a few listings, was always there early and knew all the details about the houses we were seeing. Naturally you discuss with your agent all the “needs” and “wants” in a house before you prepare to view them, throughout the process and all the house visitations, Cristian truly listens to you. As we were viewing houses, making comments on what we liked or didn’t like, he was making notes and was able to steer us in the right direction when new listings came up. He quickly learned what we wanted and didn’t want by simply observing and listening to us, it’s little things like this that make you feel comfortable and confident with who you’re working with. The house we ended up buying could not be more perfect. Cristian called us one Saturday afternoon and said he found the perfect house and that we need to see it asap. We dropped what we were doing, went to view the listing that evening and by noon the next day, it was ours! Cristian negotiated like a champ and secured our dreamhouse while keeping the price well-within our budget. I’ve never worked with a professional like Cristian where I’ve felt so inclined to trust. I genuinely trusted that he always had our best interest in mind and when you’re making the biggest purchase of your life, you want this trust factor.
